1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using AquaBright Detailing’s website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Services Description
AquaBright Detailing provides professional mobile car detailing and ceramic coating services including but not limited to:
Ceramic Coating Services: Automotive ceramic coatings, boat ceramic coatings, RV ceramic coatings
Paint Services: Paint correction, polishing, wheel polishing, metal polishing (automotive and marine), clay bar treatment, iron removal
Detailing Services: Full vehicle detailing, boat detailing, RV detailing, interior cleaning, carpet shampooing
Restoration Services: Trim restoration, headlight restoration, mold removal, odor removal
Specialized Services: Engine bay cleaning, boat and RV paint correction
All services are performed at the customer’s designated location unless otherwise arranged.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Payment Methods
We accept on-site payments only in the following forms:
- Cash
- Credit/Debit cards (processed on-site)
- Digital payment methods (if available at the time of service)
3.2 Payment Timing
For standard detailing services, full payment is due upon completion of services before our team departs from your location.
For ceramic coating services, paint correction services, and carpet shampooing services, a 10% deposit is required after initial consultation and agreement with the customer. The remaining balance is due upon completion of services before our team departs from your location.
All deposits are non-refundable unless AquaBright Detailing cancels the service.
3.3 Pricing
All prices quoted are subject to change based on vehicle condition, size, and service requirements. Final pricing will be confirmed before service begins. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the vehicle condition differs significantly from what was described during booking.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
4.1 Appointment Scheduling
Services must be scheduled in advance. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your preferred date and time.
4.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to their scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling. All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be communicated directly via phone call or text message to +1 (954) 728-4927.
Failure to provide adequate notice (less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment) may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid or a cancellation fee.
4.3 Weather-Related Delays
Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to inclement weather conditions that would affect service quality or safety. AquaBright Detailing will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative date and time.
5. Vehicle Inspection and Pre-Existing Damage
5.1 Pre-Service Inspection
Prior to beginning any service, our team will conduct a thorough inspection of your vehicle and document any pre-existing damage, scratches, dents, or other issues.
5.2 Customer Responsibility
Customers are encouraged to be present during the initial inspection. Any concerns about pre-existing damage should be noted at this time.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Pre-Existing Damage
AquaBright Detailing accepts NO LIABILITY for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle including but not limited to:
- Paint imperfections, chips, or scratches
- Interior wear and tear or stains
- Mechanical or electrical issues
- Glass chips or cracks
- Trim or molding damage
- Wheel or tire damage
6.2 Service-Related Issues
While we exercise the utmost care in providing our services, AquaBright Detailing shall not be liable for:
- Damage to extremely weathered or compromised paint surfaces
- Damage to improperly installed aftermarket parts or accessories
- Water damage to electronic components with compromised seals
- Damage to vehicles with pre-existing mechanical issues
- Loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle
- Damage caused by hidden defects or weaknesses in vehicle materials
6.3 Maximum Liability
Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Customer Obligations
7.1 Vehicle Preparation
Customers must:
- Remove all valuables and personal items from the vehicle
- Inform us of any special conditions or concerns about the vehicle
- Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time
- Provide access to water and electricity if required for the service
7.2 Vehicle Condition
Customers must disclose any known damage or issues with the vehicle that could affect the detailing process.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
8.1 Service “As-Is”
Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results.
8.2 No Guarantee on Results
Due to the varying conditions of vehicles, we cannot guarantee that all stains, odors, or imperfections will be completely removed. Results may vary based on the age and condition of the vehicle.
9. Moving and Relocation of Vehicle
AquaBright Detailing reserves the right to move your vehicle by driving or otherwise to the extent necessary to perform services. We accept no responsibility for any damage that may occur during such movement, provided our team exercises reasonable care.
10. Complaints and Claims
If you have any complaints or claims regarding our services, you must notify us in writing within 24 hours of service completion. Please include:
- Date and time of service
- Detailed description of the issue
- Photos if applicable

11. Force Majeure
AquaBright Detailing shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseeable events.

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of AquaBright Detailing and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida,USA without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or our services shall be resolved through:

- Mediation, if negotiation fails
16. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to book and pay for our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract.
20. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice or liability.
21. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
